The shape allows you the make decisions. The shape usually has a line at the bottom of the shape leading to the next shape. This is the
YES line. if the process has been carried out correctly the next stage can be carried out.
The shape also has a line leading from the right hand side which is a
NO line. If the process has not been carried out correctly we return to the previous process and either repeat it or attempt a different process.
