Level -Exceptional
(He/She)

Recognises the needs of a limited variety of customer groups.
Seeks out information to help them design and plan.
Does not always work from formal plans they create themselves.
With more planning could make better use of time and resources.
Has high level of communication skills.
Presentation skills need more practice.
Shows a certain degree of precision with use of equipment.
Make products that are robust, reliable but do not always fully meet the quality requirements in the proposal and specs.
Needs to use more quality testing to properly evaluate their products.
Understands suitability of product to particular client group.

Has an extensive knowledge of the characteristics of materials.
Has high level of communication skills and presentation skills.
Shows high degree of precision with use of equipment.
Make products that are robust, reliable and that fully meet the quality requirements in the proposal and specs.
Can quality test and evaluate their products.
Understands suitability of product to particular client group.
